Milestone reflections

People say that life just starts after 40, well, now I can really relate, there is definitely life and so far, it turned out to be pretty intense.

SPA and schedule mess-up – check

Run under the rain after SPA massage and picking up the kid from school soaking wet – check

Attending leadership summit - check

Completing creative development course – check

Revising emergency processes with kids due to crossbow murders in the neighbouring area – check

Weekend by the sea in the beautiful British 15 degrees summer - check

And this all in just one week, on top of normal work and home duties.

Well, I guess the message of “it is too early to relax” is taken.

Looking forward to what life brings next!

Had an interesting discussion at work on finding positive perspective to all sorts of events: I do believe that it is in our power to turn it around if not in the positive then at least into something more manageable. Example: my constant visa challenges are very annoying, but this forces to look for creative solutions – now I have a list of places where I don’t need visa. How otherwise I would even consider travelling to Gibraltar? Power of self-coaching!

Also two people this week told me that I should share more, and even write a book. I think it’s a bit too early for a book, but stay tuned for more here :)
